We went back to our roots on how beef used to be and how it should be raised. Our beef is grass-fed and finished for rich, flavorful meat.

We take pride in raising our cows in pastures with plenty of grazing. Beef raised in this manner tastes better and is higher in key nutrients compared to grain-fed beef.

This is the deposit for a custom quarter of beef. This ensures you will join the waiting list. The specifications of your cuts will be communicated through our butcher.

Beef is processed in late summer and early fall. The price per hanging pound varies depending on the cuts you choose through the butcher. We charge $4.95/lb x hanging weight.  There is also an additional processing fee, usually $1.49/lb at hanging weight.

The average hanging weight of a quarter of a cow is 175 pounds.
